NRTH provides administrative tools that allow tradespeople to store waste-related records for their own compliance and record-keeping purposes.

Where these tools are used, NRTH acts as a data processor and stores information solely on behalf of the tradesperson. Tradespeople remain responsible for informing their customers and for complying with applicable waste legislation.

Records are retained for a limited period. Tradespeople remain responsible for retaining their own copies in line with legal requirements.
