When you contact us for something we do our best to get back to you as soon as possible and we stay in touch with you at all times so that we show you we are interested and engaged with your job or issue. We expect exactly the same behaviour from all the traders registered on our books. Whether they are carpet cleaners or carpenters we require that they be reliable in every way.
It can be unbelievably frustrating when you engage someone to do some work in your home or business premises and they don’t turn up when they say they will. Or, sometimes, they don’t turn up at all! Maybe there was a way to excuse this behaviour back in the day before mobile phones and emails – but no longer. At No Rogue Traders Here we aren’t just a unique consumer protection service. And we don’t just thoroughly vet every business on our books before they join. We don’t just look into all of their personal, financial, professional and business dealings in the past and present. We don’t just check for bankruptcy and insurance. And we don’t just wait for them to have Trading Standards approval before we accept them. We do even more – we require them to sign a Professional Code of Conduct and one of the most important features of this is reliability.

Doesn’t seem like a lot to ask but we find that it is the simple procedures, like reliability, that can make all the difference when you are having work done.
